郭子建

基本简介

        教授、博士生导师。1989-1994年在意大利帕多瓦大学并获得博士学位。曾在英国伦敦大学、加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学、英国爱丁堡大学从事研究工作,研究方向为抗肿瘤金属配合物的作用机理研究。1999年起担任南京大学教授、博士生导师。2002年被评为享受国务院特殊津贴专家,2017年当选中国科学院化学部院士。目前担任Chem. Soc. Rev., Inorg. Chem., Dalton Trans., J. Biol. Inorg. Chem., J. Inorg. Biochem.等国际期刊的编委以及《中国科学:化学》等多个国内刊物的编委或副主编。主要研究领域为生物无机化学,研究方向包括:无机药物化学、金属-生物大分子相互作用机制以及生物无机物种的荧光识别与检测。    

        研究方向: 生物无机化学,生物材料化学,尤其是金属药物化学的研究工作:包括新型含铂、含钌、含铜抗癌配合物的设计及作用机理研究;金属药物的包裹与控制释放;金属-生物大分子的相互作用及溶液结构研究;金属自由基清除剂。
