为什么要买保险？
Why buy insurance?
按照中国教育部的要求，在南京大学学习的外国留学生必须在我国大陆购买留学生团体综合保险，这是办理新学期入学注册手续的必备材料。
In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education of China, foreign students studying at Nanjing University must purchase group comprehensive insurance in mainland China. This is one of must-have materials for registration of new semesters.
孔子学院奖学金全额奖学金学生由奖学金部门负责集体购买。
Insurance of students who are awarded with Confucius Institute Scholarship Full Scholarship should be collectively bought by the scholarship department.
中国政府全额奖学金生及奖学金资助范围包括综合医疗保险的部分奖奖学金生，需先按要求购买保险，自己支付保险费，之后保险费将随生活费由CSC一起发给大家。
The students under the full CSC scholarship and the students whose partial CSC scholarship covers the medical insurance also need to buy the insurance. Such students need to pay for the insurance by themselves first, and the CSC will transfer the insurance fee together with the monthly stipends to their bank accounts afterwards.

保险内容包括什么？
What does insurance cover?
1、身故/残疾保险责任。
2、意外伤害医疗保险责任。
3、住院医疗保险责任。
4、门诊医疗保险责任。每个保险期间内，就诊日费用限额为600元，累计超过起付线650 元以上的部分保险人按照85%的比例赔付,累计给付以保险金额20000元为限。650元以下部分，保险公司不予赔付。
5、就诊医院须为三甲公立医院。
1. Death / disability insurance liability.
2. Accidental injury medical insurance liability.
3. Hospital medical insurance liability.
4. Out-patient medical insurance liability. In each insurance period, daily allowance of out-patient treatment is 600 yuan. Insurance company will pay 85% of the compensation of the part that is over 650 yuan. The limit of cumulative payment is 20,000 yuan. The insurance company will not pay for the part that is under 650 yuan.
5. The hospital must be a third-class public hospital.

Payment Steps
1. CSC全额奖学金学生：关注微信公众号"来华留学生保险"，输入信息登录，进入"保险缴费"付费。或者登录网址lxbx.net进行支付。
CSC students: follow the WeChat public account "来华留学生保险", enter the information to log in, and enter the "Buy insurance" to pay. Or log in lxbx.net to make a payment.
2. 其他学生：关注微信公众号"外籍保险服务"，输入信息登录，至"my account"，点击pay now即可支付。
The other students: Follow the WeChat public account "外籍保险服务", enter the information to log in, go to "My Account", and click Pay Now to pay.
理赔：
Claims
门急诊须先自行支付，治疗结束后申请理赔；
住院可以申请垫付。
Outpatient and emergency care must be paid for by yourself first, and a claim will be applied for after the treatment;
Advance payment can be requested for hospitalization.
1.CSC学生请打保险公司服务电话4008105119，或者在微信公众号"来华留学生保险"的"自助理赔"进行理赔。
CSC students should call the insurance company's service phone number 4008105119 or make "Self-service claim" on the WeChat public account "来华留学生保险".
2. 其他学生请在微信公众号"外籍保险服务"打开"理赔"，扫码添加理赔员微信进行理赔。
For other students, please open "Claim" on the WeChat public account "外籍保险服务", scan the code to add the claims adjuster's WeChat for claim.
